Before you can submit your review or other user-generated content, you must (a) read this Consumer Ratings and Reviews Agreement and (b) indicate your consent by checking the box at the bottom of the agreement.
General Requirements
This Agreement ("Agreement") governs your conduct, rights, and the rights of UNTAGS with respect to any Submission you make associated with the Consumer Ratings and Review Services and/or other social media services used by UNTAGS.
When you submit a Submission, you agree to the following:
· all content you submit is accurate;
· your Contribution is original and has been created by you;
· UNTAGS use of the uploaded Contribution does not violate the terms of this Agreement and will not cause harm to any person or entity;
· Your Submission will be made without any payment or promise of payment to you or expectation on your part of any payment in exchange for the Submission. Your Submission will also be made for the possibility of your Submission being used for UNTAGS promotional purposes.
· The statements you make in the Submission reflect your sincere and honest opinion.
Submission Guidelines
You agree not to upload any Submission that includes or refers to any of the following:
· information that you know to be false, inaccurate or misleading;
· offensive, profane, vulgar, obscene or inappropriate language or images;
· defamatory, libellous or slanderous content;
· content that violates the copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, right of publicity, right of privacy, moral rights, and/or any other applicable personal or proprietary right of any third party;
· content that violates any law, statute, ordinance or regulation;
· Content that promotes, encourages, advocates or provides instructions for conduct that would constitute a criminal or civil offense under any law, statute, ordinance or regulation;
· posting multiple Contributions in an attempt to monopolise the forum;
· content that includes third party websites, addresses, email addresses, contact information or telephone numbers; or
· programming or material containing Trojan horses, computer viruses, worms, malicious code or other potentially harmful computer programs or files.
UNTAGS shall have the right, but not the obligation, to pursue one or more of the following actions in connection with your Submissions and your interaction with the Services
· to monitor or review your Submission;
· to remove or refuse to post any Submission to the Services that it deems, in its sole discretion, to violate the submission guidelines; and
· to suspend or terminate your access to the Services.
Intellectual Property and Rights of Representation and Guarantees of Publicity
By uploading a Contribution, you agree that you have all rights to submit the Contribution to UNTAGS. You agree that the Contribution shall not contain any material or information that may infringe or violate any copyright, trademark, right of publicity or person, right of privacy, moral rights or other personal or proprietary rights of any person or entity or violate any related laws or regulations.
Your Submissions must consist entirely of material and/or information owned by you, including, but not limited to, text, music, recordings, illustrations, photographic images and video clips.
Grant of Rights and Release
In exchange for participating in the Services and having your Contributions considered for use by UNTAGS, you grant UNTAGS the following:
· a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, fully sub-licensable and transferable right and license to use, reproduce, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, transmit, display and perform such Submission(s), in whole or in part, in any media, format or technology, now known or hereafter discovered, and in any manner whatsoever including, but not limited to, all promotional, advertising, marketing, publicity and commercial uses thereof, and uses incidental thereto, without any further notice, payment or permission from you (except where prohibited by law);
· an unrestricted, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, fully sub-licensable right to use your submitted name (or nickname/username), voice recordings that you have submitted and/or any illustrations, photographic or videographic clips, portraits, or images of you as contained in your Submission for the purpose of (but not limited to) promotion, advertising, marketing, publicity, without any further notice or payment or permission from you (except where prohibited by law).
By submitting a Submission, you agree to release, hold harmless and indemnify on behalf of yourself and your successors, assigns and representatives, UNTAGS and each of its respective officers, directors and employees from and against any and all claims, suits, actions, demands, liabilities and damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the use of such Submission, including, without limitation, any claims for copyright infringement, invasion of privacy, violation of right of publicity or moral rights and/or defamation.
You acknowledge that you may not terminate or revoke the grant of rights and licenses and/or releases contained in this Agreement.
This Agreement sets forth the entire agreement of the parties with respect to the Contributions and may not be modified except by a written instrument signed by both parties. This Agreement supersedes any prior agreement between the parties.
If you do not agree with the contents of this Agreement and/or do not wish your Contribution to be considered for any UNTAGS, please do not check the box below or activate the submit button.
