T-Data S.r.l confirms acceptance of the order by sending an automatic summary e-mail to the e-mail address indicated by the Customer in the order itself. Prepare the goods contained in the order and entrust them to the Courier. The timing of the delivery of the products to the Courier is "Within the business day following the date of the order".

Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, from 9 to 18, excluding national holidays. In the case of a multiple order, there is no separate delivery, but the products will be delivered all together in a single shipment. The order summary and confirmation email will indicate the terms within which T-Data S.r.l undertakes to deliver the Products that are the subject of the user's order, barring unforeseen circumstances. T-Data S.r.l uses the following couriers: DHL, BRT, GLS, SDA.

 Delivery costs are charged to the customer and are also detailed in each "type of delivery" chosen.

Shipment tracking "Courier Express with tracking"
Once the order has been shipped, the customer receives an email with the tracking data for the package. After 24 hours from the dispatch of the order it will be possible to follow the shipping status by clicking on the tracking link in the email.

Check of the received package
In the presence of the courier, please check that:
  •  the number of packages being delivered corresponds to what is indicated on the waybill (delivered by the Courier).
  •  the packaging is not visibly damaged, nor tampered with, nor wet, nor altered in its closing materials.
  •  the dimensions and information contained on the product packaging presumably correspond to those of the item actually purchased.
Any external damage or mismatch in the number of packages must be immediately notified to the Courier in writing on the delivery note and also reported to T-Data S.r.l within 8 days.

In the event that it is not possible to verify the integrity of the product at the time of delivery, please sign "subject to verification" on the delivery receipt.
Once the Courier's transport document has been signed, the Customer may no longer make any objection regarding the quantity and quality of the goods received.
 
Delivery delay “Courier Express with tracking”  In the event that the purchased Product is not delivered or is delivered later than the stated Delivery Terms, it is possible for the user to indicate an additional term. The user may terminate the contract in the following cases:

- Delay in delivery of more than 10 working days with respect to the first delivery deadline.

Following termination of the contract, the user shall receive a full refund of the amount due and the shipping costs.
