For any cross-border disputes relating to the application, execution and interpretation of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale of T-Data S.r.l. governing purchases through this site, if you are a resident or domiciled in a member state of the European Union other than Italy, you may bring the European Small Claims Procedure established by Regulation (EC) no. 861/2007 of 11 July 2007 before the competent court, provided that the value of the claim does not exceed, excluding interest, fees and expenses, EUR 5,000.00 on the date the competent court receives the claim form.

In any event, whatever the outcome of the out-of-court settlement of the dispute, your rights to go to ordinary courts and, if the conditions are met, to initiate an out-of-court settlement of disputes relating to consumer relations through recourse to the procedures set out in Part V, Title II-bis of the Consumer Code are unaffected.
